Note di anice e salvia si miscelano con pino mugo e genziana per creare un balsamico intreccio di sapori alpini.
Il nome “Ciardon” deriva dal termine patois valdostano per il cardo mariano, l’ingrediente principale di questo liquore. Popolare sin dai primi anni ‘70, l’Amaro Ciardon è considerato una “guida turistica liquida” alle montagne della Valle d’Aosta, grazie alla sua ricetta che include botaniche e erbe alpine locali.
Amaro artigianale italiano, prodotto con un mix di erbe, radici e spezie selezionate, spesso apprezzato per il suo profilo bilanciato: amaro ma non eccessivamente, con sentori di bergamotto e finocchietto.
La sua particolarità sta nell’uso di arancia amara, che gli conferisce un profilo agrumato molto presente, bilanciato da spezie e botaniche selezionate. Ha un gusto fresco e pulito, con una dolcezza leggera che non sovrasta l’amaro
