Pasta Club Program

Pasta Club Recipients

Pasta Club is intended exclusively for customers of Fresca Pasta Club of Milan, hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”.

Pasta Club Goal

Pasta Club aims to reward the loyalty of the Customer, hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”, with a series of prizes and promotions reserved for him.

What is Pasta Club?

Fresca Club is a virtual card that allows you to accumulate points every time you purchase from Fresca Pasta Club. Registration for the loyalty plan is completely free, upon entering the required data. Failure to fill out the form or incomplete completion of it will make it impossible to register for the loyalty plan. The Holder undertakes to communicate any changes to his/her data to the Issuer, personally or by email to info@frescasrl.it The data provided by the Holder will be processed by the Issuer in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 Privacy Code) as specified in the specific Information provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

Using Pasta Club

By registering and completing the relevant form, you simultaneously activate the virtual Pasta Club card. The Virtual card is personal and to enjoy the benefits associated with it, you must declare your possession of it before paying your bill. Your points balance will be sent periodically to the email address used for registration.

Validity and revocation of Pasta Club

Pasta Club does not expire but the Issuer reserves the right to cancel it at any time and without notice in the event of fraudulent or incorrect use or use that is harmful to the Issuer or in any case in violation of this regulation. The revocation entails the cancellation of the membership to the loyalty plan and the cancellation of any benefits that may have been accumulated and not used.

Points Management

The accumulated points allow the Holder to receive an advantage in terms of discounts on products exclusively from Fresca Pasta Club of Milan. Upon activation of Pasta Club, and only for having activated it, 2 (two) points will be immediately credited as a welcome gift. For every 5 (five) euros spent, a quantity of points equal to 1 (one) will be credited to the virtual card which will be added, from time to time, to the points already acquired on the occasion of previous purchases.

Failure to communicate possession of the virtual card before payment will not allow the accumulation of points and will not give the right to their credit at a later time.

Duration of the initiative

The points balance resets every 12/31

List of Awards

Upon reaching 8 (eight) points , the customer will be entitled to the original Tiramisu di Nonna Fresca (Qty 1)

Upon reaching 10 (ten) points, the customer will be entitled to a discount voucher equal to 20% on the total order.

Upon reaching 12 (twelve) points the customer will be entitled to a bottle of wine of his choice

Upon reaching 15 (fifteen) points , the customer will be entitled to a 2×1 on “I Grandi Classici”; “Amazing Fresca”; “Vegan”

Prizes can be collected directly from the Issuer no later than 31/03/2024. After this date, points will be reset to zero and will no longer be valid or give right to any refund.

Rewards can be claimed starting from the second visit.

At the time of the bill you can only claim 1 prize; when the prize is claimed the points related to the requested prize will be deducted from your balance. You can use the remaining points to collect additional prizes on your next visit to the venue.

By activating Pasta Club, the conditions set out in this Regulation are deemed to be accepted, the updated version of which will always be available for consultation on the Issuer's website www.frescapastaclub.it and at the headquarters of the Issuer company.
